Currency of transactionsAll prices displayed on the Pink Petunias website are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Good and Services Tax). A TAX Invoice will be issued with your purchase. Pink Petunias reserves the right to change prices at anytime without notice. At the present time we only ship within Australia.
Payment OptionsOur payment options available are endless, but most importantly safe and secure. We offer Credit Card processing, PayPal, Direct Deposit and Money Orders.
Credit Card Payments
Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order as there is no clearance delay.
Credit Card payments are made directly through 128 bit SSL Encryption software to insure your personal details are kept safe. None of your payment details are stored.
Payment through PayPal can be made from credit card, bank account, or available PayPal funds. Order will be despatched when cleared payment has been received.
Direct Deposit/Internet Banking/Money Order
For bank deposit/internet banking and money order, orders will be sent once the payment has been received and/or cleared.When paying by bank deposit/internet banking, you MUST include your Order Reference Number in the payment reference field.When paying by money order please send to Pink Petunias, P O Box 4067, Tinana. Qld. 4650. Include a note with the name and delivery address matching this order and the Order Reference Number.
Delivery PolicyIt is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
All “off the shelf” orders using payment by Credit Card will be packaged and shipped from Pink Petunias within 24 to 48 hours. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order as there is no clearance delay.
All other “off the shelf” orders using PayPal, Bank Deposit, Money Order/Cheque payments, orders will be packaged and shipped once the payment has been received and/or cleared. We use a variety of delivery partners. Shipping costs are set at a flat rate Australia wide regardless of the order size. Users select between standard and express shipping during the checkout process and total for payment is calculated accordingly.
Advertised transport times are estimates only. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Pink Petunias if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquires with relevant delivery company to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Pink Petunias reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have “More to Pay” stamped on them. Refunds do not include postage and handling and will be issued via the same method used to purchase the items.
Faulty, Wrongly Described, or Different from a sample shown
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do. If you wish to return the product please contact us for a return number.
Change of Mind
Change of mind returns are subject to a 10% of total paid or $10.00 restocking fee (whichever is greater). All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Returns will be accepted and processed if returned in original condition (new, unused, resellable), with all accessories, unopened packaging with tags attached and with the receipt of purchase. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling on all returns.
